News : Melbourne’s Divine Ascension announce new album ‘The Uncovering’
Melbourne progressive metal four-piece, Divine Ascension, have announced details of their forthcoming new album ‘The Uncovering‘. This will be the band’s third studio album, which will be released onto the world on November 16th via ViciSolum Production. Divine Ascension will unveil the first single “Evermore” via digital platforms Spotify, iTunes, Amazon on October 12th.
“The Uncovering” screams modern, fast-paced and powerful. It synthesizes heavy, pounding rhythms, passionate, memorable vocals and eerie, cinematic layers with simply brilliant songwriting. All enveloped within clever arrangements that listeners and supporters will instantly recognize as Divine Ascension’s unique sound.
Divine Ascension are looking to broaden their horizons with The Uncovering and reach more of their supporters throughout the world. With unrelenting persistence, ambition and dedication, the band hope to further extend their reach and amass even more loyal fans of heavy music, allowing others to uncover the brilliance that is, Divine Ascension.
The song “Pursuit of Desire” featuring a guest appearance by Tom Englund from Evergrey. The album is mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios who has worked alongside Soilwork, Katatonia, Opeth and Devin Townsend to name but a few. Divine Ascension has supported the likes of Stratovarius, GloryHammer and Blind Guadian.
