News : Divine Ascension post update on new album

Progressive Metallers Divine Ascension have posted an update on the band’s new album, set to be release later in the year.

“It is with great pleasure that I announce to you all that work has begun on our debut album. I have spent the last five days tracking the drums for the album and can now handball my work on to the others for them to add their parts.

We have managed to include most of our live catalogue of tracks on the album, but have made a little bit of room for some new ones also. In fact, we had quite a choice of tracks in the end, and many a meeting was spent deciding the album’s track listing.

All things going to plan, we are hoping to launch the album in October/November 2009.
