News : Voyager announce May-June national tour
Perth-based progressive metallers Voyager have announced they will be conducting a national tour near the end of this month, and through to early June.
Australia’s foremost progressive metal act, Voyager are busting out of their home city of Perth for a national tour this May and June to launch their new video of Seasons Of Age taken from their critically acclaimed album, 2014’s V.
Launching the new video for “Seasons of Age”, the final track off their critically acclaimed fifth studio album, ‘V’. Joining them on their tour will be France’s “alt-heavyweights” Klone. Filling out the roster for local support will be a veritable mix of bands.
The local supports for this incredible tour have now been announced. Kicking things off in Adelaide are Dyssidia and Molloy with Na Maza and Despite Eviction being first up in Canberra.
Sydney fans will be treated to killer sets from Mish and Dawn Heist, while in Melbourne, Branch Arterial and Glass Empire have been given opening honours.
In Brisbane, Opus Of A Machine and Balloons Kill Babies will set things up nicely for the headliners and wrapping things up on the west coast, This Other Eden and Watercolour Ghosts will warm up the Perth crowd and Gombo will start the final show off in Bunbury with style.
Come experience the majesty of Voyager live, as they joined onstage by some of alternative and prog metal’s finest. Tickets are on sale now via wildthingpresents.com, Oztix, and the venues.
