News : Circles announce national tour
Melbourne based prog/metal band Circles are currently gearing up for a massive tour across Australia this November to promote their brand new album, ‘Infinitas’.
‘Responses’ is the first single from the new album. Expect the new album to hit digital and physical shelves on October 14th via Basick Records.
It’s been a heady and momentous back half of 2013 for Melbourne based progressive rock/metal act Circles. Not only have they released their stunning debut album Infinitas, via prestigious UK label Basick Records, to rapturous reception worldwide, they have just returned from a triumphant tour to the UK and Europe. That tour saw them support the mighty American avant-garde heavy act The Dillinger Escape Plan across the mainland, slay the audience at the Euroblast Festival in Germany alongside Meshuggah, Textures, The Ocean and fellow Aussies Twelve Foot Ninja and Dawn Heist, and head out across the UK for headline dates of their own.
According to drummer Dave, the tour exceeded their expectations ‘by a mile’.
Now their homeland finally gets their turn to witness the power, passion and precision that is Circles live. The Infinitas album launch tour kicks off on Friday, November 8th in their hometown, and takes in every mainland state. They have a raft of excellent support acts in tow, so this promises to be one of the live shows of the year.
