Using a clever pun of the classic Suicidal Tendencies album “Join the Army” as their band name, Melbourne’s Join the Amish are a dynamic mixture of thrash metal, hardcore, grind and humour. Featuring members of Midyouth Crisis, The Abandonment and Aprocessof, they are not new to the Australian heavy music scene.

Metal Obsession caught up with vocalist Pete Alexander to talk about Obscene Extreme Festival (which they played), the story behind their songs, previous bands and much more.
