Melbourne’s progressive-power metal outfit, VANISHING POINT are currently on the look out for an additional guitarist to join their family.

Vanishing Point guitarist, Chris Porcianko posted the following message on the band’s official Facebook page.

Hi everyone, we hope you are all doing well,
As some may know Vanishing Point are once again on the lookout for an additional guitarist to join the band.

We are looking for a guitarist who has the following:
Ability to play lead and rhythm
Can play to various time changes and patterns
Have good guitar gear
Understanding of music theory is not a must but if you know your stuff that’s a plus
Is able to commit
Has a great sense of humour and personality
Is willing to tour and willing to pay their way
Understands our direction and sound and does not want to change the wheel
A person who has baggage, drugs or alcohol dependency won’t be tolerated
Has their own transport
Must reside in Melbourne, Australia
Has great networking and people skills
And most of all is willing to become part of the vp family.
Once you’re in , you’re in for the long haul.
