News : Dawn of Azazel, Ne Obliviscaris and Alchemist announce Victorian gigs

New Zealand’s DAWN OF AZAZEL, Canberra’s ALCHEMIST, and Melbourne’s NE OBLIVISCARIS have all announced Victorian shows, set to take place in the state during October and November.

In their first Australian gig for the year, Dawn of Azazel will be joined by Melbourne death metal stalwarts Embodied, and the up and coming Aphotic Dawn for their gig at Switch Nightclub. Universum from Adelaide will also be appearing on the night. This event will also see tour parties for Psycroptic (Tas) and The Haunted (Swe) as both bands prepare to tour the state/country, along with Australian album launches for Satyricon and Cradle of Filth.

Ne Obliviscaris have also announced more shows after their hugely successful comeback show last weekend (read review here), with an outer city gig at Moorooduc on the Mornington Peninsula alongside locals Anarchsphere, Untruth and Severed.

Progressive metal band Alchemist will be making a quick return to Melbourne after their national tour in support of Sweden’s Meshuggah, which is set to kick off this weekend. Ne Obliviscaris and Black Like Vengeance will also be performing at their gig on the 14th of November at Switch Nightclub.
