After finishing their east-cost tour with Nevetherym, Leicohtica have posted areport on their Myspace, thanking those who have helped them along the way and what they enjoyed about the touring experience.

“As our tour wraps up with the brilliant central-coast post-rock/metal act Nevetherym we look back upon the time as some of the best moments of our life, and we look forward to whatever the future may bring. What we found as we toured around Australia is hundreds of like minded people, showcasing night after night the spirit and sense of community that heavy metal, and Australia is famous for.

We have never been prouder to be a part of the Australian metal scene and to be involved in such an amazing endevour. Each one of us has had a ball travelling the land, seeing new things, meeting new people and making friends along the way. We want to thank every single person who helped to make this trip something unforgettable for us all.

To the bands we played with; Solar Thorn, Zero Degrees Freedom, Belakor, Black Like Vengeance, Darkest Dawn, Knightmare, Rocksteady, Sobrusion, Anno Domini, Osmium Grid & Darker Half… thank you.

Special thanks to anyone who lent us gear along the way!

To the Promoters
we have worked with; Maggot (Solar Thorn), Welkin Entertainment, Andrew Craig (Nevetherym), Anti-Human Records, Coma1 Media and Promotions and of course Metal Evilution! … thank you!

To all of the friends and fans alike who came out and watched and listened to us play. To all of the websites who helped plug this tour, es[pecially Metal obsession and the LORD & Leicohtica forums.

To Shona Pratt for documenting and photographing the entire process, to Ema Ryan for photographing also, and to Megan Green (soon to be Bromley! 😉 ) for helping with merchandise and many other things.

These people and many others i have forgotten have put in tireless hours to help us see our dream, and we owe them a great deal. Thank you to everyone involved.

We have an album to record and bring out, which should eb ready by September, and we will see you back on the road then!

Cheers,
Chris / Leicohtica Management.”
