News : Steel Assassins Festival now taking submissions for 2019
Sydney’s long-running two-day metal fest, Steel Assassins Festival is set to return in 2019 with festival organisers on the prowl for band submissions. If you want to be apart of the action and perform at Steel Assassins Festival next year, simply email your details to metalevilution@hotmail.com.
Steel Assassins began in 2012 with the intention to celebrate all things heavy metal. Taking inspiration from excellent European metal festivals Keep It True and Headbangers Open Air. Over the lifespan of the festival, notable international and local metal heavyweights LORD, Dungeon, Harlott, Tormentress (Singapore) Bengal Tigers, Elm Street, Awaken Solace, Storm Forge (New Zealand) Nothing Sacred, Damnations Day and many, many more.
No word as of yet of an official venue as festival organisers have posted the following message via the official Steel Assassins Festival Facebook page.
It’s important to note that at this time we are still uncertain about our venue for 2019. We haven’t locked it in anywhere but that will change very soon you can rest assured and we will keep you updated on this when we can.
To find out more, head to the official Steel Assassins Festival Facebook page.
