News : Psycroptic release their brand new single “Directive”
Tasmanian death metal natives, Psycroptic, have recently released their new single “Directive”, taken from the band’s forthcoming new album As The Kingdom Drowns due for release on November 9th via Prosthetic Records. This groove-laden track will surely peak no only Psycroptic fans, but tech death fans to boot. Check out the brand new single “Directive” in the link below.
Psycroptic released their first single “We Were The Keeper” last month which has seen some positive reviews from both fans and media alike. Psycroptic vocalist Jason Peppiatt told Decibel Magazine that Psycroptic sought to push their limits when writing and recording As the Kingdom Drowns.
“As always with this band we wanted it to have the distinctive sound of a Psycroptic album but wanted to push ourselves further with adding new elements and having a darker vibe than on previous releases. I think we achieved our goal and this is something we are all very proud of!”
The new album, As the Kingdom Drowns, is out November 9th on Prosthetic Records. Click here to secure your copy today on multiple formats, including a skateboard deck featuring the album artwork in all its glory
In addition to all this news, Psycroptic will be touring nationally with Melbourne’s Orpheus Omega for a fifteen date tour across Australia. Presented by Soundworks Direct. See below for full tour dates.
