News : ICYMI: Download Australia is set to announce something big!
The organisers behind Download Australia will be announcing something big via the official Download 2019 website on Wednesday, 19th September with a countdown timer currently counting down. This year’s inaugural Download Festival in Melbourne saw great success with over 30,000 heavy metal alumni descending upon Flemington Racecourse to partake in a day of hard and heavy music with the likes of Korn, Prophets of Rage, King Parrot, Sabaton, High Tension, Psycroptic, Arch Enemy, Clowns, Suicidal Tendencies and a plethora of other amazing bands.
The festival organisers have now set their sights on Sydney with its inaugural debut on Saturday, 9th March 2019 at Parramatta Park. Melbourne will get its turn on Monday, 11th March 2019 during the long weekend at Flemington Racecourse.
