News : Melbourne’s Blunt Shovel release 12″ split with Shatter Brain

Melbourne’s Blunt Shovel has been hard at work on a 12″ split LP with local metal heroes, Shatter Brain. This will be a limited release split vinyl released this August appropriately called “Twelve Inch Split”, and will offer up three new tracks from each band, including original songs and covers of the bands favourite metal classics.

Pre-orders will be available from the band’s Bandcamp very soon. Stay tuned to the official Blunt Shovel Facebook page for further details.

To support the release of the new release, Blunt Shovel and Shatter Brain will hit the road with a run of shows in Victoria and South Australia in the first two weekends of August.

The bands travel to Ballarat on the 3rd and Melbourne on the 4th, whilst the Adelaide (10.08) and Warrnambool (11.08) shows will feature the mighty King Parrot for their last Australian shows before heading off to support Phil H. Anselmo & The Illegals in the USA.
