News : Melbourne’s The Ascended release debut album ‘Awaken Within’
Melbourne’s newest metal addition The Ascended have released their long-awaited debut release ‘Awaken Within’ to the masses. The band has received positive reviews from fans and critics in the metal world and are set to break new ground with the release of the crushing new album. We strongly recommend you check them out if you’re a fan of Trivium and Machine Head. Come to think of it, they’d probably do well supporting Machine Head on their upcoming tour (hint hint).
The band is currently streaming the album in its entirety on their official Youtube channel. If you like what you hear you can purchase the album here. For those on the go, you can stream the album in full on Spotify.
The band have already finished up two shows on their current national tour to promote the new album. Catch them on their remaining tour dates. Full details below.

June 8th, Warrnambool VIC – The Loft
June 22nd, Mt Gambier SA – The South Aussie Hotel
