News : P.O.D announce Australian tour dates
US nu-metal four-piece, P.O.D. (Payable on Death) have announced select shows across Australia in April 2018. The band will be performing choice cuts from their highly successful 2002 album Satellite which received numerous awards and accolades. The album features ‘Alive’, ‘Youth of the Nation’ and ‘Boom’, among others.
After forming in 1992 in San Diego, California, high school friends Vocalist Sonny Sandoval, Drummer Wuv Benardo and Guitarist Marcos Curiel began Jamming sessions. In 1994 after recording their first Demo tape they recruited Bassist Traa Daniels to complete the lineup. Originally named Payable On Death they quickly shortened their name to the much Catchier P.O.D.
The band will also perform additional material from their latest releases, including ‘The Awakening’ which was released back in 2015. Come relive your nu-metal youth in April 2018. Tour dates below.
