News : Premiere: Eternal Rest unveil “Extinguished” and accompanying music video off new album
In recent times, Queensland-based tech-death outfit Eternal Rest have been busy with the release of their highly anticipated second full-length album, A Death in the Darkness. With the album to be released on the band’s current label, Truth Inc Records, the quartet has now released the first song to be taken off the new album, entitled “Extinguished”. Accompanied by a music video demonstrating each of the individual talents of the band in appropriate monochrome, the video production itself comes courtesy of Thomas Savage at Savage Film & Photo.
A Death in the Darkness was mixed and mastered by Joe Cincotta at Full Force Studio, New York (Obituary, Suffocation) and features a special guest appearance by Joe Haley of Tasmania’s Psycroptic.
We here at Metal Obsession are very proud to present the exclusive first track reveal for “Extinguished” below. Check it out!
A Death in the Darkness is available for pre-order now through Truth Inc Records. A Death in the Darkness is out March 24th.
