News : Of Mice & Men pull out of Bad Vibes Australian Tour
With the upcoming Bad Vibes Australian tour featuring A Day To Remember next month, direct tour supports Of Mice & Men have sadly pulled out of the tour due to health concerns relating to vocalist, Austin Carlisle. The band released a statement regarding the cancellation.
“Due to Austin’s ongoing recovery from recent surgeries, Of Mice & Men are saddened to announce that they will no longer be able to join A Day To Remember on their Australian tour. The band appreciates your understanding and support of Austin’s daily struggle with his chronic illness, and we want our fans to know that he is taking the time and measures needed to recover from his extensive hospital stay. We hope to see you all soon.”
In addition the band have also had to cancel their most recent European tour. While the band did take extra measure to make the tour possible, in the end they decided to cancel.
Don’t despair, extra measures have been taken by promoter’s Live Nation Australia to replace Of Mice & Men on all Bad Vibes tour dates with US metalcore outfit Issues. Issues are currently promoting their 2nd full length release ‘Headspace’, out now via Cooking Vinyl Australia.
This will be the first tour for Issues since their completely SOLD OUT 2014 run with The Amity Affliction. Completing the Bad Vibes tour package includes hometown favourites Tonight Alive. Let everyone know you’re going by attending the official Facebook event page.
