News : Anti-Flag local tour supports revealed
A couple months ago, we announced that US punk rockers Anti-Flag are coming to Australia this December. Celebrating the 10 year anniversary of their album, For Blood And Empire, Australian fans will have the chance to experience that album in its entirety.
And now, it’s been revealed who will also serve as the official local supports for the tour!
Brisbane better hunker down and be prepared as self proclaimed thrash pop shitbags, Shutup! Shutup! Shutup! bring their ‘angry, not angsty’ noise to The Triffid and kick off this monstrous tour with an equally monstrous noise. With their post-grunge meets alternative rock vibe, Newcastle’s Introvert bring a fresh take to an over saturated scene.
Appealing to all the microcosms within it while advancing forward with each release to a more deeper, personal sound.Adding to the political nature of Anti-Flag’s core beliefs, Newcastle natives, Liberation Front stand for unity and freedom, opposing the evils of fascism, racism and corporate greed.Having played with Anti-Flag in the past, they are the perfect addition to the bill. However, Liberation Front are calling it a day and will play their last ever show in Sydney on this tour. You couldn’t find a more fitting finale for them to bow out.Sydney’s premiere rock n roll punks, Nerdlinger, are one of the hardest working bands in the nation. Shows with international giants of the scene as well as endless national tours and lots of radio airplay have made them a household name within the greater scene.Adelaide’s gig is the only All Ages show on the tour and will be opened in style with Stabbitha And The Knifey Wifeys.
Five punk as fvck noisemakers who play loud, mostly unmelodic screaming punk rock that covers important issues just as much as it covers songs about their mates and mucking around. They are guaranteed party starters!Melbourne three piece punk juggernaut, Wolfpack, are a 100% not-for-profit band, donating all their earnings to charity. Raising over $22 000 over the last four years, their noble acts are delivered via intense riffs, belting vocals and a turbocharged rhythm section that get any pit energised and ready for the night ahead.Perth skate punks The Decline will send Anti-Flag and Scott Reynolds off with a giant dose of fast paced, energetic, melodic punk. The four piece have been relentless in taking their message to as many corners of the world as possible over the last few years. With shows from Solvenia to Spain, Mexico to Melbourne, they are razor sharp and ready to deliver.

Check out the new 360° video for “Without End” featuring a guest spot from Tom Morello and P.O.S.
“Directed and produced by Doug Helmick with animation and motion design by Chelsea Jones. Track mixed/mastered by Justin Francis.
‘Without End,’ both the song and this video, is a continuation of our band’s mission to speak truth to power. Black Lives Do Matter! The refugee crisis is a result of the war-hawk culture of DC and these are human beings we should have empathy towards! Climate change is REAL and we must begin the argument over solutions instead of continuing to give space to the rhetoric of deniers. The rights of the LGBTQ community deserve to be respected! Women deserve equal pay and the right to control their own bodies! This is 2016, not 1956, when America was, in fact, not so great.
Our history will not be written by Donald Trump. It is important for us to speak out and organize when the future of fear and bigotry that he projects is not the one we believe in.
We are honored that Tom Morello and P.O.S have contributed to this track. Their collective history of using their art to challenge the status quo speaks for itself.” Anti-Flag
