News : Inquisition premiere new track “Power From The Center Of The Cosmic Black Spiral”
In just over a month the mighty Inquisition return to Australian shows, with the live debut of new Aussie band KING along for the ride, and while we count down the days here’s a new tune to listen to.
“Power from the Center of the Cosmic Black Spiral” comes off their forthcoming and also lengthily titled album Bloodshed Across the Empyrean Altar Beyond the Celestial Zenith, due out on August 26th through Season of Mist.
INQUISITION comments: “This is Inquisition in its mid paced, heavy and hypnotic form; classic Inquisition. Here we have tight neck breaking riffs and percussive rhythms while mixed with an open and wide atmospheric segment that comes later in the song opening an entire new dimension; this contrasting works with the song’s theme of: death and destruction from chaos, perfection and creation from order all from within the center of the galactic battlefield where the gods of creation and the mechanics of the universe are one, working as destroyer and creator enabling cosmic evolution. In short, this is tribute to the center of galaxies and their law as an all consuming force, a great Satan.”
Catch the guys live on the following dates;
Aug 10th @ Amplifier Bar, Perth
Aug 11th @ Max Watts, Melbourne
Aug 12th @ Crowbar, Brisbane
Aug 13th @ Newtown Social Club, Sydney
Aug 14th @ The Basement, Canberra
