Steel Assassins returns for a massive 5th installment! Sydney will feel 2 days of Heavy Metal might on November 4th and 5th at The Bald Faced Stag as 18 top quality bands from Australia and beyond converge for one of the must not miss weekends of the year.
Old School legends FROZEN DOBERMAN emerge from 6 years of silence to play a very special return headline set. This is an absolute honour to have them back and they will have both old and new fans headbanging in delight.
Co headlining alongside them are Melbourne’s Progressive Thrash masters ALARUM who also haven’t been seen in these parts for 7 years. A veteran band of the Australian scene, ALARUM has become internationally revered for their incredible musicianship. Jaws will drop.
The headliners are backed up by a whole host of incredible bands. True Metal masters ELM STREET play their only Sydney show of the year, TABERAH will deliver a set of their very best as chosen by the fans, DARKER HALF will once again stand up and be counted as one of the best live bands in Australia, HARLOTT will make the pit move like no other band can and FORSAKEN AGE make the trip over from New Zealand to contribute an international feel of steel plus many more….
Apart from the incredible music on offer those who have previously experienced Steel Assassins know of the bonding and brotherhood the weekend brings. One big Metal family for one big Metal weekend. It truly has become a highlight of the Heavy Metal calender. Horns high for number 5. Bring on a November to remember. \m/
