News : Anna Murphy (Eluveitie) announces solo shows this month
Eluveitie vocalist Anna Murphy will be gracing our shores sooner than expected as she will be performing two acoustic shows in Sydney and Melbourne this month.
As a preview for the highly anticipated second Australian tour by ELUVEITIE, their stunningly powerful featured vocalist, flute and hurdy-gurdy player, Anna Murphy, will be visiting Australia in March for two exclusive solo shows.Anna will present a selection of Eluveitie’s songs as well as her solo material in an intimate acoustic setting, with her uniquely intense voice accompanied by long time Eluveitie members Merlin Sutter (percussion) and Ivo Henzi (guitar).
Anna’s solo show will feature performances of Eluveitie hits such as “Omnos” and “A Rose for Epona” as well as energetic folk tunes such as “Memento”, and of course her own works including the single “Twin Flames” and the intimate ballad “Woebegone”.
