News : Circles announce forthcoming album, drop first single “Sand & Wind”
Melbourne’s Circles had a fair bit of success off the back of their 2013 debut, since touring with The Dillinger Escape Plan, Monuments, After the Burial and a spot at the djenty Euroblast Festival.
Now they’re back with some new material. “Sand & Wind”, below, is the first new track from their as-yet-untitled 2016 album. You can download the single for free if you head over to the Soundcloud page.
“We’ve been bunkered down for just over 12 months writing and recording our second (yet to be titled) full length album. One thing we all agreed on was that we didn’t want to write “Infinitas 2.0″. Without giving too much away, this will be a side of Circles that people wouldn’t have heard before and we’re really excited about it!” – drummer Dave Hunter
And if you dig what you hear, they’ll no doubt smash out some other new material on April 1st when they headline Workers Club in Melbourne with Teramaze and Orsome Welles.
