News : Stromrider Heavy Metal Fest announces first band

Stormrider Heavy Metal Festival, Western Australia’s only annual metal festival dedicated to Traditional, Power, Thrash, Prog and Speed Metal, returns for its third year in a row. Stromrider will be held at its new inner city venue at the Amplifier Bar in Perth on Friday, 17th June 2016.

Stormrider Metal Fest will be held across two stages and promises to bring the best of local and interstate metal music to Perth.

Festival organisers have announced Tasmanian metallers, Taberah to be the first band of the festival’s 8 band line-up. Taberah have been hard at work conquering the east coast of Australia, supporting the likes of HammerFall, Blind Guardian and recently touring with Nightwish across Australia.
