News : (Hed).p.e. & Snot Announce Australian Supports

The official supports for (Hed).p.e. and Snot‘s upcoming Australian tour this October have been announced.

Life Pilot, Vessel Born, Recoil VOR, Bleeding Gasoline, Horrorwood Mannequins, Sydonia, and The Meaning Of have all been chosen for their respective cities. Congratulations to all the band’s chosen.

With excitement building for their national co-headline assault this October, Cali rasta-punk gods (HED)p.e. and funk metal legends Snot have announced the killer cast of locals that will join them as guests at each Australian show.

In Adelaide local favourites Life Pilot will get things started right with their awesome brand of powerful, aggressive noise metal.  Heading North to Brisbane (HED)p.e. and Snot will be joined by hometown metalcore kids Vessel Born.

The Newcastle stop on the tour looks massive as two local heavyweights Recoil VOR and Bleeding Gasoline will contribute to make the night a festival of filthy riff worship! Recoil VOR get to do it all over again as they join undead horror punk rockers Horrorwood Mannequins in Sydney to kick the party into high gear.

Heading South to Melbourne alternative metal stalwarts Sydonia will get the locals restless with their polished take on melodic heaviness.  Closing the tour out in in style over the West will be perennial Perth hard hitting favourites The Meaning Of.

With a career spanning more than 20 years and nine albums, U.S. metal/rasta/punk heavyweights (Hed)p.e need no introduction to Australian fans. The band have enjoyed a long-running love affair with the country ignited by (HED)p.e.’s genre defying blend of aggressive sound and enlightened lyrics.

When Snot released their debut album “Get Some” in 1997 it was heralded as one of the most melodic, groove laden offerings of the then popular nu metal scene.  Dedicated Australian Snot fans will now be able to experience this groundbreaking album live in full as the band’s original line up pay to the late singer Lynn Straight who was tragically killed soon after the debut album, a release which continues to excite fans to this day.
