News : Elm Street announce ‘Heart Racer’ national tour
Melbourne heavy metallers Elm Street will return to Australia in July and August this year to promote their new EP ‘Heart Racer’ out May 9th via all digital outlets and ES Big Cartel. The EP contains 3 tracks; Heart Racer, Will It Take a Lifetime? and Next in Line.
Joining forces again with Ermin Hamidovic from Systematic Productions to co-produce the bands anthemic sound, ‘Heart Racer’ will direct listeners through the path to a brand new album set for a mid/late 2015 release. Artwork is featured by the talented team at Dark-Prince Graphix.
July 4 – HOBART: Trash @ The Brisbane Hotel
July 10 – SYDNEY: The Bald Faced Stag
July 11 – NEWCASTLE: The Vault
July 18 – WODONGA: Carrier Arms Hotel
July 24 – MELBOURNE: Cherry Bar (EP Launch)
August 1 – MELBOURNE: Cherry Bar (Heavy Metal Covers Set)
Elm Street are preparing to tour across Europe this month, delivering their fast paced anthemic anthems to a slew of metal festivals, plus supporting UK metallers HELL and Canadian metal four piece Skullfist.
With their live show influenced by the energy of Iron Maiden & Judas Priest, reviews have poured in from far and wide deeming the show ‘a travel back in time with a modern twist’. Forming in 2003 at the age of 14, the bands career has now staged shows throughout Australia, Europe & USA with iconic bands Iced Earth, Coroner, Accept, Sepultura, Tankard & Hell.
