News : Royal Hunt Australian tour cancelled
Danish progressive metal band Royal Hunt have cancelled their Australian tour due to a last minute impasse. The band’s debut appearance in Australia was meant to take place in Melbourne on Wednesday, 2nd April. However, both parties involved have announced that the tour will no longer be going ahead.
The Australian promoter Rockstar Productions released a statement cancelling both the Melbourne and Sydney shows.
Royal Hunt tour cancelled: An irreconcilable impasse eventuated by the parties involved making the tour and the shows themselves untenable. We are disappointed in light of these events all the while remaining steadfast in the fact that we did everything to try and make the tour happen given the circumstances. We advise all ticket holders to return their purchased tickets from the place of purchase for a full refund.
