News : Steel Assassins Festival first line-up announced
Sydney based melodic metallers LORD have been announced as one of the first headliners to perform at this years Steel Assassins Festival in Sydney.
Inspired by great European metal festivals such as Headbangers Open Air in Germany, Steel Assassins Festival is fast becoming Australia’s best, and only 2 day metal festival dedicated to supporting true heavy metal. Steel Assassins Festival will take place at The Bald Faced Stag on Friday, 31st October til Saturday, 1st November 2014.
LORD are currently promoting their brand new album, ‘Digital Lies’, which was released in Australia early last year. Click here to check out Metal Obsession’s in depth review of this awesome album. They will performing a special ‘Dungeon only set’ to celebrate their 25th anniversary, too!
Steel Assassins is also pleased to present Melbourne thrash metal newcomers HARLOTT, Tasmanian based traditional metallers, Taberah, and Adelaide based thrashers ALKIRA to the 2014 line-up. All of whom have released some killer albums and EPs in 2013.
