News : SFest announce co-headliners
Melbourne’s SF Media (formally Sludge Factory) have revealed plans for their very own mini festival this April. SFest 2014 will take place on Saturday, 12th April at Hermann’s Bar in Sydney. Tickets on sale from January, 9th 2014 via OzTix.
Melbourne’s Witchgrinder and Darkc3ll are the first to be announced.
SF Media, SF Media TV and RTD Records is proud to announce the co-headliners for the first SFest 2014. Industrial powerhouse DARKC3LL (Brisbane) and Industrial metal machine WITCHGRINDER (Melbourne) will co-headline SFest at Hermann’s Bar in Sydney on Saturday 12th April 2014.
DARKC3LL closed off an amazing 2013 with the release of their second album, ‘Dark Verses’ (RTD Records) to critical acclaim worldwide. In support of the album, the band completed a successful national tour in October and November 2013 and Australian support to Otep.
Witchgrinder have quickly climbed the ranks of Melbourne’s metal ladder with the release of their debut album, ‘The Demon Calling’, now available via RTD Records. The band followed up the release with a national tour and Australian support with goth/glam royalty, Wednesday 13.
Darkc3ll are best described as a horror rock party, infusing influences of Marylin Mason and Rob Zombie. After the release of their debut album, ‘Dark Verses’, now available via RTD Records, the band completed a successful national tour in October and November last year, plus supported Otep on their recent tour of Australia.
