News : Introducing: The Despot, and their debut song “The Declined”

Influenced by bands such as Thy Art Is Murder, Chelsea Grin and Barrier, The Despot are the newest addition to Geelong’s currently small amount of active metal bands. With their debut demo to be released over the next couple of months, the band have released a song off that demo, titled ‘The Declined’.

The band are also looking for a live bass player, preferrably in the Geelong/Melbourne area. If you have a 5-string bass, good equipment and able to play fast-paced riffs (and if you’re interested, of course!), then message the band via. their Facebook page.
