By on March 15, 2013

Well, not entirely, but it made for a good title.

It has been a good few years since anybody has heard anything from Melbourne’s Black Like Vengeance, but that’s about to change.

“2013 heralds the dawn of a new era for Melbourne’s Black Like Vengeance. Since their inception in ’05, they’ve stunned audiences from coast to coast with their grim elixir of ‘Scandistralian’ metal – best exemplified by their debut record “Empty As The Day”, produced by Roman Koester at Complex Studios (Psycroptic, I Killed The Prom Queen, Deez Nuts). In 2009 their track “Snuff Is My Business (And Business Is Booming)” featured on the bloody and violent Australian feature film and ost, The Loved Ones.”

With new bassist Phil Cheplik on board, the band are making preparations for their first show in three years at Adelaide’s New Dead Fest Black Like Vengeance now welcome bass player Phil Cheplik into the horde as they make preparations for their first show in three years at Adelaide’s New Dead MetalFest alongside Psycroptic, The Amenta, Ne Obliviscaris and more.
