News : Devil’s Kitchen festival is back, and the lineups are brilliant
As mentioned in a recent article, we’re moving away from our lazy habits of just re-posting the press releases that we receive. Ones like this warrant an exception though…
“After a four year hiatus, the legendary good time stoner-punk-death-boogie-sex-rock showcase is back, taking in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in January 2013.
Since it’s inception in 2005, DK has played host to many of the country’s finest who continue to dominate the scene, with DK13 being no exception.
Without further ado, please lubricate your earholes in preparation for this tidy little onslaught. No doubt these guys and gals will help to relieve you of your already loose morals and shady dignities…
We’ve waited long enough. Are you fucking ready or what?”
But anyway, the bottom line is: these lineups are awesome. They’re the type of shows you can go to despite only knowing a couple of bands, and come out loving twice as many. Tickets are available over at Oztix (links are below) and are slightly cheaper than the door price.
