Free stuff : Win double passes to the Brutal Ballet plus some Machine Head gear

By on September 11, 2012

“Metal ballerinas, Brutal Ballet presents Unto the Locust, a new dance work to the music of thrash metal band Machine Head. In an interpretation of the Unto the Locust album, the dancers illustrate and highlight the power, beauty and diversity of the Bay Area musicians through the grace and elegance of classical ballet.”

Sounds interesting, hey? Well, now is your chance to score some free tickets! Thanks to the guys at Brutal Ballet and Roadrunner Records, we have three prize packs to give away; one for each city. Each pack contains a double pass to the shows (note: it’ll be the Oct 20th show in Melbourne, and the Oct 31st one in Brisbane), a Brutal Ballet tour shirt, a programme signed by the dancers, plus a bunch of Machine Head goodies.

All you have to do to enter, is chuck an email to comp(at)metalobsession(dot)net telling us which album you’d like to see the Brutal Ballet perform to next! And don’t forget to include your full name, mailing address, and which city you’d like tickets too. Entries close on Tuesday September 25th.

Please note that by entering the competition, you’ll also be subscribing to Metal Obsession’s fortnightly newsletter. If you don’t want to receive it, you’re welcome to unsubscribe through the link inside it.

And even if you don’t win, be sure to catch the show one on of the following dates. You can find more info, and ticketing links from their Facebook page.

Sydney – Parramatta Riverside Theatres, October 18

Melbourne – Clocktower Centre October 20 & 27

Brisbane – Judith Wright Centre, October 31 & November 1
