Melbourne’s Internal Nightmare have been around for years, but it was last year that they defined their sound and line-up. With numerous line-up changes since 2007, their groove metal sound from then has now changed to a self proclaimed “chaotic death thrash” sound from a 3 piece line-up. The band recently recorded a 3-track promo EP titled ‘War of Silence’ , and they will also be recording their debut album in November.

On the last show of the Macabre tour in Geelong, Metal Obsession caught up with Internal Nightmare to chat about the new EP/album, Spicks and Specks and much more.
