News : Aversions Crown announce ‘No Salvation’ Australian tour with Boris the Blade

By on February 8, 2012

With the recent success of their debut album Servitude, Queensland death metallers Aversions Crown have announced a huge national tour, following 11 shows across 16 days from mid-March to the start of April. Joining them on the tour will be Melbourne’s Boris the Blade, who have also been spreading serious hype across Australia and even the rest of the world with their debut EP Tides of Damnation.

AVERSIONS CROWN from Brisbane, Australia definitely break the mould, choosing to ‘join’ their peers through 11 tracks of unrelenting fury of international standards.
Downtuned sonic chaos unfolds throughout the entire aural punishment that is ‘SERVITUDE’.
8 strings, gutteral vocal stylings & a technical approach to rhythm that unleashes the very welcome return of intelligence & groove, throwing a spanner right through the centre of the predictable & worn out, modern breakdown.
This is heavy, at it’s heaviest.”

Boris the Blade are a 5 piece death metal band from Melbourne Australia, Since releasing their debut EP ‘Tides of Damnation’ in 2011 Boris the Blade has demanded attention across Australia and internationally, known for their punishing blast beats, bone crunching breakdowns and powerfully disturbing lyrics, Boris the Blade have destroyed all boundaries of the Australian metal music scene.
Recently picked up by UK label Siege of Amida Records and Australian label RTD Records.”
