Blind Guardian recently released their latest single A Voice in the Dark which contains the beautiful rendition of John Farnham‘s classic, You’re the Voice. The new single has given the public a taste of what to expect from the pioneers of power metal, as they will soon be returning to the world stage with the impending release of their new album At the Edge of Time.

Metal Obsession had the honour to speak with lead vocalist, Hansi Kürsch about the release of Blind Guardian’s new epic which will be released in late July in Europe and mid August in America this year via Nuclear Blast records. Hansi shares his insight and love to Australia’s number one singer, John Farnham and speaks openly about the band’s upcoming projects, including the orchestral album which has been in the works for over 8 years.
