A personal favorite of us at Metal Obsession; melodic death metal band Be’lakor have announced their last show before heading off to Europe for the first time, where they will be playing at the huge Summer Breeze festival as well as a bunch of other shows still to be announced. And here is the announcement:

“The 12 months since the release of BE’LAKOR’s 2nd album, ‘Stone’s Reach’, have seen their reputation and fanbase grow considerably. Released to rave reviews from press & fans alike, ‘Stone’s Reach’ won a Metal Storm award for “Best Melodic Death / Gothenburg Album of 2009” (www.metalstorm.net), and was voted the #1 Australian Metal album of 2009 by readers of metalobsession.net. In amongst touring Australia in support of the album, the band then went on to sign a European record deal with Italian label, Kolony Records, supported Finish battle metallers Turisas nationally and Scottish Pirate metallers Alestorm in Melbourne.
Now to top off a fantastic year for the band, BE’LAKOR will be heading to Europe in August for a tour that will take in a number of shows, including a performance at ‘Summer Breeze’ Festival in Germany alongside Dark Tranquility, Behemoth, Children of Bodom, Insomnium, Obituary & many more! But before they jet off to Europe the band will be playing one final massive headline show on August 7 at the Esplanade Hotel in Melbourne. So make sure you put this date in your diary and head along to support Be’lakor and send them off in style!”
