News : Templestowe release second track from Cimmerian

Australian metal unit, Templestowe have released another song entitled ‘ Oath of Failure’ off their anticipated debut album ‘Cimmerian’. The song is available for streaming on their MySpace page. The album is due for an independent release on
the 10 th of October in both CD digipak and digitally on iTunes, Amazon, and eMusic.

Templestowe recorded Cimmerian with engineer/mixer Scott Carter ( Aeon of Horus) at Dark Corpse Studio in Canberra, Australia. The album also features additional engineering by Mark Lewis (The Black Dahlia Murder, Job for a Cowboy, All That Remains) at AudioHammer Studio in Florida, USA and mastering by Goran Finnberg (Opeth, InFlames, Soilwork) at The Mastering Room AB in Sweden.

Templestowe have also announced their Cimmerian internet pre-sale package. Starting this week until the 10 th of October the band is offering a copy of their new LP ‘Cimmerian’, a limited edition Cimmerian T-Shirt, a Cimmerian Poster and a copy of  the band’s Self-Titled 2007 EP for $ 30 (AUD). The package is available for order at the band’s BigCartel shop.

Templestowe will celebrate the release of Cimmerian at the Basement in Canberra on the 10th of October with Melbourne math metallers Five Star Prison Cell, thrashers In Malice’s Wake, and local death metallers Tortured.
