News : Melbourne's Moredhel part way with vocalist

Melbourne melodic death metallers Moredhel have announced that the band’s vocalist ‘Dodds’ has decided to leave the band to concentrate on his other musical project Arbrynth.

The band commented – “Today we’re sad to announce that our vocalist, Dodds, will be leaving the band to concentrate on playing guitar in his main band, Arbrynth. We would like to say that it’s been an awesome experience having him in the band and we wish him all the best with all the things he’ll be doing in the future. Having said that go check out his band cos they’re pretty wickedy wack!

He will be finishing up all currently booked shows so make sure you get down to the last few to support him!”

Dodd’s commented – “Sorry to say my days with Moredhel are numbered, my last show with Moredhel will be on December the 12th at Rubys (in Belgrave, Melbourne). It’s been awesome fun playing and touring interstate with these cats but it’s time for me to hang up the vocal chords and focus on the guitbox. The guys and gal have been super supportive of my decision and I wish them every success in the vocalist hunt and the upcoming album as I’m sure it will be balls to the wall excellence.

I wanna thank the guys and management for giving me this opportunity to be apart of all this and I look forward to seeing them tear it up on stage in the future.”
