News : Grave: full Aus/NZ tour announced

Bleed Records, RW Entertainment, Century Media, Regain Records & Riot Are Proud to Announce the First Ever Australian & New Zealand Tour of Stockholm, Sweden’s Death Metal Godfathers – GRAVE.

Grave established themselves with their legendary debut “Into the Grave” and at its release date in 1991, Century Media Records inked the album as one of Death Metal’s most brutal new hopes and its release ensued that by creating a sound and style which has been an inspiration for the whole genre.

1992’s “You’ll Never See…“, the band’s critically-acclaimed second release, showcased their growing musical talent with a cleaner, stronger sound which appealed to a wider audience while retaining the group’s trademark heaviness.

The Long-awaited third full-length offering “Soulless” in 1994, Recorded at Stockholm’s Sunlight Studios with producer Tomas Skogsberg, manifested a more mature musical stance than in the case of Grave’s previous efforts, “Soulless” pleased the band’s longtime followers while expanding the group’s appeal to non die hard death metal audiences. And in 1996, the band came back with another attack of their relentlessly brutal yet catchy material in the shape of “Hating Life”.

After Many Endless Long Tours Across Europe and the States, the band had a long and well deserved break, and in the spring of 2002 the album “Back From the Grave” was recorded at Sunlight Studios in Stockholm with a new bass player in Freddan Isaksson (Therion). The sixth album in the history of GRAVE enitled “Fiendish Regression” added a more vivid groove attack to the classic Grave song-structures.

Next, Grave entered Abyss Studio to record their newest malevolent creation “As Rapture Comes” with Engineer Peter Tägtgren. The album delivers the bands famous unrelentless death-groove with increased aggression and superior dynamics. This album was released in July 2006

Now the 8th Album “Dominion V111” is Released , Showcasing Grave has lost nothing in terms of power, groove and aggression – certain to please anyone into true old-school death metal.
